Because India is ahead of the US, the two offices work as a handover: you send requests during your day, the team works on them overnight, and a written update is usually waiting in your inbox the next morning.

We optimise for how Americans actually search on Google.com: American spelling, US terms for products and services, state and city modifiers, and the strong role of Google Business Profile in local results. For online stores we look at product feeds, category structure and technical health across large catalogues. For service businesses we focus on location pages, reviews and conversion paths. Email campaigns are set up with the CAN-SPAM Act in mind, including a working unsubscribe link and a physical address, and we are careful with tracking and consent where state privacy laws such as the CCPA apply. Most US clients work with us by email, which suits the time difference and keeps a clear record of every request. We also use video calls on Zoom or Google Meet for planning and monthly reviews, and WhatsApp for quick questions. You get a named point of contact who knows your account. Reporting is monthly by default and covers what we did, what changed in Google Search Console and GA4, and what we plan next. If something urgent comes up on your side, send it by email or WhatsApp and it will be picked up at the start of our next working day.

Pricing in US dollars

All our plans are priced in US dollars, so there are no currency surprises. Plans start from US$1,100 per month, and you get 10% off if you pay yearly. There are no hidden fees: the proposal lists what is included, and anything outside that scope, such as paid ad spend or third-party software, is agreed with you before it is added. Ad budgets for Google Ads or social campaigns are paid directly to the platform from your own account, so you always keep ownership and full visibility of your spend and data.
