We use video calls on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams for planning and monthly reviews, and WhatsApp for quick questions. You have a named point of contact who knows your account. Monthly reports explain what we did, what changed in Google Search Console and GA4, and what we plan next. If something urgent comes up after our working day, send it by email or WhatsApp and it will be picked up first thing on our next working day.

Pricing in US dollars

Our plans are priced in US dollars, and we make that clear from the start. Plans start from US$1,100 per month, with 10% off if you pay yearly. The Canadian dollar cost will move with the exchange rate, so we are happy to talk it through when you plan your budget. There are no hidden fees: your proposal sets out what is included, and anything outside it, such as ad spend or paid tools, is agreed with you first. Ad budgets are paid directly from your own accounts, so you keep ownership.
