W3C Standard

As every one knows, World Wide Web is the best platform to share all our resources, ideas and opinions-be it relationship, file sharing, work or play. It is truly an undeniable truth that web developers are constantly working on those lines to provide an ease of use platform for internet users. They are toiling in and out of the season to take the World Wide Web to newer dimensions that incorporates within the state of the art technology that the world has ever seen.

W3C standards are internationally accepted standards and are the standards that all the other potential web developers follow to improve the web. These have open for factor standards that concentrate on enhancing the interoperable features of the web-related products. W3C standards are designed and framed not just by an individual but are done collectively by invited experts and certain groups of W3C Consortium. They created several proposed recommendations from working drafts and finally come to a conclusion and include them as W3C standards. The designed or framed W3C standards are then validated by the board of directors as a par of formal approval.

Today you have launched a website to promote your own business, it is very important to note that you should not neglect the traffic analysis part. This is because your website has to fall in the eyes of potential customers to improve your business. For this, you need to attract a wide variety of people out there on the internet and direct them to your website. This could increase the density of the traffic to your website. But this alone is not going to be the effective means to excel in your web based business. Proper traffic analysis has to be done regularly to make sure that the traffic generated to your website does not fall below the supposed lines and in turn make your website reaches higher page ranking. Without traffic analysis, it is extremely difficult to analyze the traffic boosting strategies whether they are not increasing the sales. Traffic analysis gives an idea of your sites performance and effectiveness so as to enable you to work out on negative things.

The widely used traffic analysis tool is the ‘Hit counter’. Hit counter is a tool that tells you how many visitors have visited your website so far. This could give you a glimpse of the traffic generated to your website. Though the idea is good, ‘Hit Counter’ has its set of flaws. The biggest flaw is that we are most concerned about the unique visitors and not on the multiple entries by the same visitors. Hit counter notes the multiple entries of the same visitor, in which we are not interested. And also, the time that the user spends on your site also matters a lot.
